If animated science fiction shows have never been too boring for your taste, The Owl House must be on your watch-list. The first season has an IMDb rating of 8/10. And, the audience has been wanting for more since the conclusion of the last season. Critics did find a few plotholes but they chose to ignore them and enjoy the story of adorable Luz. As the teenage girl accidentally makes her way to a different world full of mystical creatures, her life takes a turn. She comes across a portal and ends up on an archipelago. Having a friendly and helpful personality, she takes no time to make friends. The closest friends of Luz are Eda Clawthorne and a king. Both of them have supernatural powers and come to her aid when required. Luz wishes to become a witch like Eda and begins to enjoy her new life at the mysterious place.
The Owl House Season 2 Release Date
As confirmed by the official Twitter handle of the show, The Owl House Season 2 is speculated to release somewhere in mid-2021. The news was announced by the showrunners back in November 2020. And, since then fans have been waiting for the second season of The Owl House. Well, we don’t have an exact date of release as of now. Thus, we will have to wait for a bit longer for the makers to make an official announcement regarding the same. So, till then let’s be patient. Let’s see if the second season meets our expectations or not! The last season featured a total of 19 episodes. And, each episode ran for around 22 minutes. Titled “Young Blood, Old Souls”, Episode 19 was released on August 29, 2020. And, it looks like the makers are going to take almost a year to come up with yet another season of the fantasy TV series. Since it’s a Disney show, you directly watch all the episodes on Disney App as well as DisneyNow. However, if you don’t have the access to any of these, you can enjoy watching them on Hulu if you have a paid subscription to the streaming platform.
The Owl House Season 2 Expected Plot
Season 1 of The Owl House had an intense ending. Belos has been trying hard to ruin the world. But, Luz and King find out his bad intentions. Thus, they appear on the screen k time and prevent him from doing that. However, Belos is in no mood to calm down and creates another portal to end human life. Luz tried hard to set the portal on fire but it’s difficult to defeat Belos in his own game. This leaves them saddened and unprecedented events take place. On their way to vanishing from the mysterious house, the four of them are chased by a spy. Of course, Belos is the one who has been doing this. Rumors abuzz that since the portal is now destroyed, there is no way for Luz to go back home. But, some fans believe that she will find a way to get out of the archipelago through the new portal. Will she ever reach her mother? How will Luz fight against Belos? What new challenges are Luz, Eda, and King yet to encounter?
